Fees

Full fees are $52 per day but as everyone qualifies for Child Care Benefit the actual payment amount is considerably less.

Fees are charged for every day that is booked, including public holidays and absences. Use the table below to closely estimate your daily fees at Angels, based on your gross family income.

Direct deposit is our preferred payment, or cash, as long as payment is regular for that week.

Upon booking three weeks of fees should be paid in advance and each week requires payment thus keeping you three weeks in advance.

Child Care Benefit

Before starting your child in child care phone the Family Assistance Office on 136 150 to find out your percentage of assistance, your customer CRN number and your child's CRN number. The Director may be able to determine your gap fee after providing this information to her.

We can then provide you with a gap fee, on which you will base the three weeks in advance and all payments from then on.

By directing the Family Assistance Office to pay the Child Care Rebate directly to Angels Early Education and Care Centre you can save half the gap fee.

 Signing In/Out Correctly

Signing in/out correctly is important as fee benefits depend upon it. Please sign absences on your return. 42 allowable absences per financial year across multiple centres are covered by Child Care Benefit.

When leaving please give three weeks notice to the Director in writing. Three weeks of absences could accumulate if notice is not given and you will be responsible for full fees.

The Director reserves the right to terminate the child's position when fees are in arrears. Financial hardship due to hospitalisation, illness, separation etc may be covered up to 13 weeks per financial year in Gap Fees. Please discuss any payment problems with the Director.
